(0:20) As she washes in the bath, we see a few seconds of generous (by her standards) side breast, complete with nipples. Maybe it's because she's leaning forward, but she actually has a rack!
(1:05) While Keira and Adrien Brody engage in a sexual encounter, the two tumble naked around a bed, with about ten seconds of Knightley knipples. Maybe it's because this time she's lying flat, but there's not much in the way of breast size to see . . . this time. (NOTE: The version of this scene that is included on DVD is much longer than the scene that appeared in the theatrical release.)
(1:06) As Adrien Brody leaves her bed, Knightley grabs a pillow to cover up, a little late to be effective, leaving us with another shot of her breasts.
