That’s why I’m so excited by the release of The Judi Dench Collection today on DVD. Featured in this set is Langrishe, Go Down, a made-for-TV Brit drama from 1978 that features the actress’s hidden talents in a dark but satisfying full-frontal scene. She’s got the orchestra, balcony, and even a grassy patch--and every seat in her house is a good one. Enjoy the show.

Are you tempted by Susan Sarandon? Sure, she may be a tad outspoken when it comes to politics, but she’s also got a pair of hooters so huge it’s hard to pay attention to the noise that comes out above them. Susan sounds much better with guys like William Shakespeare putting words into her mouth, as he sort of does in Tempest, out today on DVD, which is based on one of his plays. It’s a story that’s been told by Hollywood many times, even in the sci-fi classic Forbidden Planet, but it’s rarely been as skin-ulating as it is here, thanks to the addition of Susan’s jugs. Even the Bard couldn’t pen such a lusty couplet.

Everyone’s favorite bad-good cop, Michael Chiklis, is back, at least on DVD, with the release today of The Shield: The Complete Fifth Season. And just like any other great cable-TV program, this one has its fair share of skin. There’s the bare ass of Natalie Amenula in the provocatively entitled episode “Jailbait,” and former supermodel Michele Hicks gives viewers a quick glimpse of her left super-mam in the same episode. Yes, the show is that arresting.
