Captivating Captivity — Thinking out of the Basket Case 2 — Hell of the Living Dead Is Heaven for Hooters — Rats: Night of Terror, a Day of Temptation

A lot of people made a stink about the posters advertising the movie Captivity, out today in an Unrated Edition on DVD. But the Skinsider didn't find the sight of a tortured Elisha Cuthbert so disturbing. It's just a movie. And what a movie it is. The blonde Canadian cutie plays an act-chest and model kidnapped and made to undergo horrible physical discomfort, which includes a scene of her undressing. It's blurry, though viewers can definitely see some butt and a bit of boob. Sadly, the Skinsider thinks this is the work of a body double. That means Elisha has yet to cross over to the skin side.

The first Basket Case is a classic of exploitation as well as a time capsule to the grindhouse past of Times Square, where the film was shot on location. Out today on DVD is Basket Case 2, another horror spoof about a parasitic twin directed by the same creative genius who gave us the original, Frank Henenlotter. Though not quite as skinful as the first, with some nice skin from Terri Susan Smith, the sequel is not without its sinful charms. Those are embodied in the fetching form of daytime soap star Heather Rattray in her sole skin onscreen. She only offers up a quick flash of her floppers while struggling with Kevin Van Hentenryck. Bet your parasitic twin will pop up at attention.

This week the great DVD imprint Blue Underground delivers two forgotten sexy scares. The first is Hell of the Living Dead, a zombie gore-fest that doesn't skimp on the skin thanks to Margrit Evelyn Newton. She plays a reporter, our kind of journalist, in that she doesn't carry a camera, tape recorder, or notepad but strips completely nude in an alluring dance as a peace offering. And what a piece! This was the Italian pizza ass's first flash, and arguably her breast, but she did continue her nude streak with La Puritana before putting her clothes back on. But at least we have this document to remember her fondle-y.

The other release this week on DVD from Blue Underground is Rats: Night of Terror, a post-nuclear holocaust flick that features Moune Duvivier as the one light of hope in this dark world. It's a place where man-eating mutant rodents rule. But man will not live on carnivorous rats alone, which is where Moune comes in—completely naked—to sex the male population before they're fed to the rats. You'll want to nibble on her tender bits, which are tastier than cheese and far more arousing. Moune shows all in this, her only skin onscreen, so enjoy.
